We stand by our merchandise 100% and we will accept returns on any unused and unwashed item within 30 days of purchase.
Mountain & Me reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy. Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Mountain & Me to refund your credit card upon receipt.
Please email us using the template below. Be sure to include your order number, item(s) you would like return/exchange, and reason. You may update your address if you need your new order shipped to an alternate address, additional shipping costs may apply. Exchanges will be processed within 2 weeks. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Mountain & Me is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Exchanges will be processed when the return item has been received and inspected.
