SHIPPING

1. How long will it be before I receive my order?

All orders ship via USPS 1-4 business days from order placement. Tracking information will be automatically sent to the email address provided upon checkout. Standard transit time is approximately 3-5 business days.

2. Do you cover for lost and stolen package/s?

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package/s. Please contact your local post office for any inquires regarding your package delivery.

3. Do you ship internationally? 

We do not ship to international locations other than U.S. Territories.

4. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Shipments can be sent to PO Boxes. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

 

PAYMENTS

1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept cash or personal checks.

2. Do you accept cash, checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders?

We do not accept cash, checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders at this time.

3. Do you charge sales tax on any item?

Mountain & Me is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to all states in the US except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire & Oregon. If you are shipping to any of the states not listed above, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

1. How do I care for my organic products?

Our products are only made of the finest eco-friendly ingredients and should be washed with care. Wash in cold water with environmentally friendly laundry detergent. Line or tumble dry on low. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Do not iron or dry clean.
